The AI Capacity Map
A 32-question app that shows an entrepreneur where AI can give their week back.
Built for my own business
A six-week, one-on-one intensive for healthcare professionals
I help nurses, NPs, therapists, physicians, and allied health professionals build work of their own. Paid, mission-led, or both. I set Claude up to do real work beside you, and I teach you to run it.

You went into healthcare to help people.
You were told the work would give back.
Instead it took your evenings. Your weekends. Your capacity.
Somewhere along the way, your expertise started to feel like it belonged to the system.
It does not. It belongs to you. And it can serve people on your terms.
The multiplier
An example, not a promise. What you get back depends on your work and your practice.
That is time for the people you serve. For your family. For the work you actually want to do.
One clinician with real capacity reaches more people than one who is running on empty. That is the whole point.
Choose the shape of your work
Select a path to see how the same six weeks can support it.
A lean business that can earn sustainably.Income-led
Turn your expertise into consulting, coaching, education, or another service that can reduce your dependence on full-time employment.
The Executive Capacity Method
You learn what Claude does well, where it gets things wrong, and how your judgment stays in charge of every result.

We decide the shape of your work and pick the one thing slowing you down most. Everything else waits.

I set up the foundation. You practice on real business work, between sessions, until it is useful to you.

We refine what works, write down how it runs, and decide together what continuation, if any, makes sense.

What I set up with you
You bring the expertise, the purpose, and the decisions. I carry most of the technical weight.
Talk instead of type. Your spoken thoughts become drafts you can edit.
A professional address at your own domain, and a calendar people can book.
A clear page that says who you help and how to start.
A simple way to stay in touch with the people who want to hear from you.
One place to see who you talked to and who needs a reply.
Scheduled tasks that prepare drafts and briefs before your day begins.
Chosen from what slows you down most. Built, tested, and handed to you.

An example morning
Scheduled tasks prepare drafts while you sleep. You review. You decide. Nothing goes out without you.
Claude checks your inbox for new inquiries.
A reply to each is drafted in your voice. You approve before anything sends.
Your brief is ready: today’s calendar, open follow-ups, and one priority.
This week’s newsletter draft is waiting for your edits.
Built with Claude, by me
Real systems, running now or in progress. Client work is described without names.
A 32-question app that shows an entrepreneur where AI can give their week back.
Built for my own businessNew inquiries are read at 7 AM and 4 PM. Claude drafts a personal reply in my voice. Nothing sends until I approve it.
Built for my own businessA coach says where he is today. Claude drafts a 30 to 60 second reel script matched to his audience, for him to review.
Built for a fitness coachHer quiz will score every answer and send results, so new contacts arrive already sorted.
Built for a consultantPrivate access codes for testers. Every result comes straight to my inbox.
Built for my own businessReusable instructions that teach Claude a client’s voice and process, so good work repeats.
Built for clients and for meChosen from what slows you down most. Not from a list of generic tools.
Check your fitWhat you could build
These are illustrations of what clients could build in six weeks, not results from past clients.
Each inquiry gets a warm reply draft with her booking link. She reads it, adjusts a line, and sends.
A sign-up page, automatic reminders, and a follow-up note drafted from her voice memo after each session.
She records a talk on her phone. Claude turns it into lesson outlines and a five-email series for her review.
A simple schedule, reminder messages drafted each week, and one list of who needs a reply.
Two voice notes a week become a newsletter draft in his voice. Ten minutes of edits, then send.
Call notes become a proposal draft that follows her own template and pricing.
High support. High participation.
A short video or audio check-in keeps the work moving.
One-on-one coaching across the six weeks.
Text or audio message me anytime. A personal reply within 72 hours.
I will not build something you cannot run.

Your guide
I am Charles Robinson, MSN, PMHNP-BC. Fifteen years as a nurse. Eight years studying executive function. Now I build my own business with the same principles I teach: clear priorities, protected judgment, and AI doing useful work under human direction.
Technology should protect more of your humanity. Not ask you to surrender it.
of the revenue from every engagement goes to programs that build lasting assets for widows and orphans. I am a Christian, and this is how my faith shapes the business.
Fit check
Five questions. About a minute. No patient information.
If it looks like a fit, you can request a 20-minute call. Your answers come with the request, so we start where you are.
Before you decide
No. This is for an experienced professional who is open to AI but cautious, inconsistent, or unsure how to make it useful.
No. The system can support full-fee, reduced-fee, pro bono, community-centered, or nonprofit-minded work. The point is to stop administration from eating the capacity you want to give.
I complete most of the technical setup. You make the decisions, enter your own private passwords, practice between sessions, and learn to run what we build.
Plan for several hours of initial mapping, at least four hours of one-on-one coaching, short check-ins every two to three days, and practice between sessions.
No. This is strictly the business side of your work. No patient records, no clinical documentation, no identifiable patient stories.
